Practical advice
What affects the cost of pest control
We do not publish a single price list here because the job is not a single product. A wasp nest in a shrub is not the same as a bed bug flat or a warehouse rodent contract. Anyone quoting a fixed national rate without seeing the site is guessing.
Request a surveySpecies and method
A one-visit wasp nest is a different job from a multi-visit rodent, flea or bed bug programme. The product, the time on site, and whether we need to return all change the quote.
Access and size
A loft hatch, an occupied hotel room, a high ledge, or a large warehouse floor plate takes longer than a small kitchen. So does a site that needs out-of-hours access.
Follow-up
Jobs that need a second visit include that time in the plan. Cancelling the follow-up to save money often means a third visit later when activity returns.
Property type
A house, a flat, a food kitchen and a multi-site contract are priced on different risks. Food and hospitality sites usually need written reports as well as treatment.
What we do not do
We do not advertise a cheapest-in-the-UK rate or invent a figure to win the click. The honest number comes after we know the pest, the building and the access.
How we quote
Tell us the pest, the postcode and the building type. We survey when we cannot price from that information alone. Call or use the contact form and we will say what we need next.
